Our team is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to help drive our business growth. The Sales Manager leads the production business by hiring, training, coaching, and holding accountable all agents in the office. The ideal candidate is a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. We’re looking for someone who exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also thrives by seeing others achieve.

The sales manager will help agents succeed by delivering skill set training and hands-on assistance. Compensation
$60,000 salary plus bonus

• Lead the mission and vision of the production business
• Oversee all agents of the sales team, providing accountability, support, and guidance
• Recruit a minimum of 2 new agents per month to the team 
• Lead generate for new agents daily 
• Track productivity and performance for all agents
• Submit regular reporting to owners and stakeholders on sales and recruiting production.
• Work in partnership with the Operations Manager to implement systems and ensure agent accountability

• Real estate license
• 1–3 years of industry and sales experience preferred 
• 1–3 years of management experience required
• Accountability-based leadership 
• Excellent at building rapport

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills

• Able to build and lead a team
• Able to analyze and track daily activities tied to ROI
• Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
• High school graduate
