We are a fast-growing Keller Williams Real Estate Office in Ocean City, NJ in search of top professional talent to fill a position as Market Center Coordinator.

The primary function of the Market Center Coordinator (MCC) is to provide an extraordinary experience and unparalleled environment of support and service for our Associates.

The MCC will act as the principal source of communication and support between the Market Center and both current and future Associates. While reporting directly to the Market Center Administrator, the focus is on agent retention by keeping current Associates engaged in the culture, training, events, and systems of the Market Center, while also assisting the Team Leader in the recruiting and affiliation process.

This position requires a positive can-do attitude, outside-the-box thinking, creativity, and drive for results, a high level of standards and a passion for helping others succeed at their highest level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
