What will you do?

  • Assist in all aspects of office operations, including financial reporting, general accounting, and other administrative duties
  • Provide onboarding and orientation of associates joining the brokerage
  • Coordinate real estate transaction documentation with associates
  • Ensure quality problem solving and assistance as a part of long-term retention strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents within the brokerage and external parties such as vendors and regional Keller Williams brokerage leadership teams
  • Promote the office’s value proposition to current and prospective agents within the brokerage
  • Oversee Virtual Financial Department, which includes scanning and deposits all incoming checks

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Tracking and reporting progress toward brokerage goals
  • Accounts payable and receivables and general ledger accounting
  • Office administration, including scheduling and internal communications
  • Promote systems and models to assist associates in growing their businesses

Who are we looking for?
The Market Center Administrator we are looking for is a positive individual who is systems oriented and is growth minded. They will proactively handle challenging situations and look for win-win solutions. They will be persistent, flexible yet comfortable with routine, and capable of creating and implementing systems. They must establish and nurture relationships with our associates. The individual must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities.

The Market Center Administrator will be directly involved in the retention of associates within the brokerage, understanding that to run effectively and efficiently, the office must provide consistent, quality service to all associates at all times. The Market Center Administrator also will be involved with clerical, administrative tasks, day to day office operations, scheduling, and internal and external communications.

The Market Center Administrator will have job-specific skills that include experience in accurate banking and/or accounting services, computerized bookkeeping and general computer experience, and excellent administrative skills. They must be task oriented, detail oriented, calm under pressure with strong project management experience, general office skills, and purchasing knowledge. They must also be relational and client-focused, with experience in customer service or internal communications. Experience in implementing growth and retention strategies is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
