Primary Job Responsibilities and Expectations

• Serves as primary contact to customers corporate management and assigned support staff
• Conduct analysis of fleet operations and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Measure and track KPI’s that will be shared with customer on consistent basis
• Ensure that all employees provide the highest level of service, have the necessary equipment to operate and hold keep our safety policies and procedures top of mind
• Collaborate with senior management and customer to determine their needs and expectations and operate the account to exceed those demands
• Lead, develop, and retain a fleet of professional drivers
• Scheduling drivers and working with operations to successfully fill any gaps in coverage
• Proactively schedule maintenance and facilitate breakdown repairs
• Performs other related duties as assigned
