Job Description

Keith & Associates Legal has an immediate opening for an experienced Personal Injury Litigation and Business Law Attorney. Candidates must be proficient with technology and have excellent research and writing skills.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Research laws and prepare legal briefs, opinions, and memoranda.
• Defend by trial, arbitration, or mediation all matters assigned, as applicable.
• Apply independent analysis and judgment to prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, etc.

Qualifications include:

• 5 years experience in Personal Injury Litigation preferred
• Knowledge of personal injury law and procedure
• Knowledge and understanding of legal ethics
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
• The ability to think and act independently in a client's best interest
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Courtroom experience or readiness is essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
