Keiser University 2 is Hiring a Student Account Analyst Near Lauderdale, FL

The Student Account Analyst (Active Students) is responsible to monitor student accounts by auditing, reviewing and processing to the student ledger card in these essential areas: Title IV and end of loan period credit balance, schedule gap, and leave of absence for active students. Additional responsibilities are posting of all funds, tuition adjustments and monitor student intent to return for all student accounts.
• All Title IV payments received for active student accounts are audited and reviewed to ensure all credit balances are cleared within 14 days
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed prior to the end of the loan period to ensure Institution Policy is followed.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed for Scheduled Gaps and Leave of Absence statuses to ensure eligibility of funds, and completion of refunds to meet Federal requirements in a timely manner.
• All active student accounts are audited and reviewed and monitored to ensure 14 day Student Intent to Return Federal Regulation is met and review eligibility of funds.
• All regulatory compliance issues are addressed and resolved that are discovered by the Student Account Analyst in their daily functions.
• All funds are posted accurately and timely to meet internal policies, procedures and Federal requirements.
• All tuition adjustments are reviewed and completed to meet internal policies and procedures and to remain in compliance with Federal regulations.

Student Account Analyst must have an Associate’s degree and/or at least 2 years of finance or business experience. A Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 to 4 years of banking/accounting experience is preferred.

Campus Management experience helpful
Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.
This is a full time position that requires day, evening and weekend availability.
