**Who We’re Looking For:**

• A strategic thinker with a background in a science-related field; MBA is a plus.
• Over 8 years of experience in supply chain management, including a leadership role, preferably as a manager or team lead.
• Demonstrated ability in strategic planning within a multi-site, technology-forward organization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and a knack for creative solutions.
• A proven leader capable of nurturing a team towards excellence.
• Open to travel opportunities that help expand our reach and impact.
