Job Summary:
The Automotive Service Advisor at Keffer Mazda in Huntersville, North Carolina is a vital member of our team responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair services for our customers' vehicles. This is a full-time management role with a competitive base salary plus commission in the auto industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and communicate with customers to understand their service needs
- Schedule appointments and maintain a customer database
- Conduct vehicle inspections and advise customers on necessary services and repairs
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for services and repairs
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient completion of services
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Mazda products, services, and promotions
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Uphold company policies and procedures for customer satisfaction and quality control
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer transactions
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience working in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge and understanding of automotive services and repairs
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Proficient computer skills and experience with automotive software preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
