No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to join our People and Culture team.

Keep Supply’s Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training efforts across all of Keep. This role will focus on coordinating training activities designed to educate the Keep team on everything they need to know to achieve their professional goals at Keep.

The successful candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves to support all aspects of the organization when needed, and have the confidence to pursue accountability at all levels. . 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Training Manager in onboarding new Sales team members. 
  • Coordinate all internal and external training activities, including room setup and meeting invitations. 
  • Train team members on topics such as new technology features, company processes, etc. 
  • Gather all information needed for specific training topics and provide to the content creator or create training. 
  • Create job aids and quizzes to be used for training follow up. 
  • Track completion of post-training coaching sessions and follow up with leaders.
  • Create training activities to support training materials. 
  • Upload created/completed training into the learning management system. 
  • Ensure that Keep team members understand the “why” behind how Keep does business. 
  • Work with industry partners to coordinate training and follow through to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Administer and train new hires on Predictive Index and how their profiles may affect their work styles. . 
  • Work with the leadership team to support and plan ongoing training and development activities. 
  • May be asked to work on other projects as needed. 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college is preferred; solid experience will be considered as well. 
  • 3 years’ experience in a training related function is preferred, though similar experience may suffice.
  • Ability to use technology to stay organized and create training is required. Must be able to use spreadsheets, PowerPoint, multiple software programs and all calendar functionality. Significant Google Suite or Microsoft office experience is preferred. 
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with positive enthusiasm. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision, confidence in ability to make good decisions. 
  • Must be able to remain confidential when matters require. 
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills with the ability to collaborate with team members at all levels of their careers. 
  • Creative mindset with a “get it done” mentality. 
  • Mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement with the willingness to share thoughts and ideas.
