Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and care of the grounds, ensuring a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and watering
- Landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, and pruning
- Irrigate lawns, plants, and trees as needed
- Maintain garden areas by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate power tools such as lawnmowers and trimmers
- Utilize hand tools for tasks like raking, shoveling, and digging

Requirements:
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or related field
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques and practices
- Ability to operate and maintain power tools effectively
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various tasks
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a neat environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
