Attorney – Social Security Disability--Plymouth

We seek a full-time attorney associate to represent applicants for disability benefits before the Social Security Administration, including appearances before Administrative Law Judges. The ideal candidate for this position has compassion for the difficult situations our clients endure and can acquire these skills:

• In depth knowledge of Social Security's standard for disability
• Ability to connect with the client and conduct a careful interview to obtain a full understanding of the claim
• Ability to review medical records and apply the information to Social Security's disability standard.
• To advocate on the client’s behalf to Social Security Administrative Law Judges

Requirements:

• Satisfactory completion of law school with strong academic record
• Admitted to the Bar (Massachusetts preferred, but not required)
• Professional, ethical approach to problem solving
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
