POSITION SUMMARY

Help with the maintenance department in keeping up with supplies and working with Vendor orders. 

• Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders.
• Update customer information in a database.
• Organize existing data in a spreadsheet.
• Provide occasional administrative support.
• Assist with general office-related tasks as needed
• Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Provide data entry support.
• Type in data quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory and organization of maintenance parts and office supplies.
• Order maintenance parts, office supplies, and janitorial supplies.
• Approve and code vendor invoices.
