- Answer Incoming Phone Calls. - Establish exemplary communication and customer service relationships with customers and distributors as well as internal employees. - Manage difficult customer situations in a positive and productive manner. - Respond promptly to customer needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service. - Take orders from Customers and place orders with Distributors. - Make sure orders are shipped to customers in a timely manner. - Learn and develop a deep understanding of the products and services we offer. -Effectively work with others at KMS as well as Builder Service Engineers!

- Two to three years of experience in inside sales. - Professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency. - Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. - Strong attention to detail Efficiency & Time Management. - Strong ability to interact and effectively communicate in person and over the phone with people at all levels of the organization. - Working knowledge of the Microsoft Product Suite.
