Job Overview:
We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic person to join our Enhancement team as a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading a landscape construction crew of up to 8 members primarily in the Sacramento region. In this role, you will be responsible for projects from conception through implementation, playing a crucial part in delivering superior landscaping services to our commercial clients.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique landscaping needs and requirements
• Design and manage the execution of commercial landscaping enhancement projects from start to finish
• Work closely with the operations and leadership team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, accurately forecasting equipment, labor and material needs to ensure efficient production.
• Direct, teach, motivate and participate in work performed by your team. This is a very hands-on position and requires this person to perform any task they would ask their team to do. You will be expected to work alongside them to ensure proper procedures, processes and quality of work are followed and achieved.
• Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked equipment trailer, while assuring team members take proper care of company equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Maintenance Production Managers and other team members to ensure the overall quality of commercial landscaping care provided by the company.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Must be able to communicate in both Spanish and English
• Valid driver’s license with clean DMVR and current auto insurance coverage.
• 4 years minimum commercial landscape construction experience.
• Proven experience in landscaping project management, preferably within a commercial context, including competence with landscaping software and tools
• Strong understanding of horticulture and landscape design principles as well as local plant materials.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape and irrigation plan specifications
• Self-motivated with strong leadership skills,
• Detail oriented, organized, and quality driven with the ability to solve problems. Must be a proactive problem solver to minimize disruption, errors, risks and keep project on-task, within budget and on-time.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and possibly, although rarely, holidays should the workload warrant.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
