Title: Junior Regional Inventory Control Manager

Location: Joplin, Missouri (relocation assistance offered)

Experience level: 2 years in inventory

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

• Implement and review a standardized weekly cycle count at all sites.
• Confirm Packaging Order Guides have accurate forecasting from VP and DOO of each vertical operation, to ensure we always keep enough stock on hand for production.
• Review monthly inventory reports with Financial Controller of their market.
• Drill down minimums/maximums in each site based on historical data of weekly counts

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
• Must be able to obtain a medical marijuana badge and pass a Federal/State background check at time of application.
• Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
• Ability to handle multiple projects & tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
• Eager to learn new processes/systems and takes initiative in continuous improvement.
• Strong information seeking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2 years of experience in Inventory Control and Asset Protection within an omni-channel retail environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control methods and procedures.
• Experience building out retail inventory systems required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross functional partners.
• Strong MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer literacy.
• Strong ethics and reliability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
