Maintenance Person

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using schematics, logic controllers, and other tools.
- Maintain HVAC and all electrical systems
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures and practices.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation.
- Ability to perform basic welding tasks is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Leadership qualities to supervise and guide maintenance team members.

-Must be very knowledgeable in operating a forklift and other machinery
