RESPONSIBILITIES Perform other related duties as assigned. SKILLS & ABILITIES Possess knowledge of proper use of weight scales Knowledge of use of radio frequency devices (RF scanner / guns) Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative Scientific Math Aptitude / Strong Analytical Skills Detail oriented with impeccable organizational skills.

Computer proficiency in Microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Ability to work independently, self motivated Ability to read, understand and follow given recommendations of SDS sheets (Safety Data Sheets).

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; use hands to handle and feel objects, tools or controls;
• reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; talk or hear. Specific vision requirements for the use of computer monitors and weight scale indicators include close vision;

peripheral vision; depth perception and ability to focus. Employee may occasionally be required to lift and / or move up to an excess of 70 lbs.

Work environment : While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time (heat / cold associated with a manufacturing environment).

The noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE A combination of vocational training, education and experience that is equivalent to the employment standards listed above and provides the required knowledge and skills.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the manufacturing of personal / hair care products and supervisory experience in a multi-shift environment.
