Introduction: 

As a Project Architect, you will play an integral role in our organization's mission to create innovative, cutting-edge architectural designs. This position is involved in all aspects of architecture (planning, design, CDs, CA, and more). Our desire is that you bring your expertise and creative eye to every project, pushing the boundaries of design and delivering stunning results. Job Responsibilities: Candidates will have a wide range of opportunities for professional growth. • Instrumental in designing and in preparing documents, specifications, elevations, and details for all phases using Revit or AutoCAD. • Participate in designing and planning of healthcare, commercial, or educational buildings • Create cost estimates and bid documents • Monitor progress to ensure project is completed on time and within budget • Assist with consultant coordination • Construction phase responsibilities include addendums, RFI's, on-site construction observation, change orders and other duties as required • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of building codes and regulations • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements • Provide post-construction analysis and assessment of projects

Requirements

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience after graduation, preferably in project management • Proven experience in successful delivery of complex projects • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects • Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software • Knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting • Understanding of construction methods and materials • Self motivated • Preference given to candidates with recent Education and Healthcare experience.
