A Landscape Maintenance Operations Supervisor must have excellent communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service. Following a process and hitting client deadlines is a key to success.

Job Summary

The Landscape Maintenance Operations Supervisor position is responsible to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Company for the Landscape Maintenance Division. The position is responsible for project management, team leadership, general management, quality control and assurance, and compliance and safety for the Landscape Maintenance Division. This position will also help with estimates, contract renewals, sales, marketing campaigns, as well as help with customer service needs as they arise.

Essential Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• High School Diploma
• Proven experience in landscape management, including project planning, execution, and supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant species.
• Proficient in use of computers and software applications, smart phones, or data-enabled devices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Displays unquestionable ethics, integrity, responsibility, and dependability
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in an outdoor environment in sometimes harsh weather conditions, sometimes near heavy equipment and construction activities
• Able to pass a background check in accordance with state and federal laws
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to be insured on company policy

Bonus Points if You Have These

• 10 years of experience in landscape maintenance, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
• Proficient in the English and Spanish languages
• Experience working with Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Property Managers
• Knowledge or the ability to learn software programs as follows: HubSpot, Ninety.IO, Accelerate, and Basecamp
