Clinical Research Associate II or Senior Clinical Research Associate - ONCOLOGY REQUIRED

Our client-embedded (FSP) team is looking for experienced, energetic Clinical Research Associates at the II and Senior-level who are looking for an environment of growth, clear training, and defined expectations. Location Details: Home-based; US Remote (multiple locations)

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree ( life sciences/pharmacy/biotechnology or nursing preferred) from an accredited US College/University.
• Minimum of two (2) years independent monitoring experience (including pre-study, initiation, routine monitoring and close-out visits) according to protocol monitoring guidelines, SOPs, GCP/ICH Guidelines.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring procedures and entire clinical trial process
• Minimum of two (2) years Oncology, Early Phase experience as a field-based CRA (outside of any training)
• Computer literate, and adaptable to new technologies
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Resides in CONUS: MA, NH, NJ, NY, MD, PA, RI, CA, MI, WV, IA, ID, LA, MI, AZ, AR, CT, DE, DC, IL, KS, SC, NC, SD, ND, TN, UT, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY
• Ability to travel - Regional travel up to 70%

As a CRA, your role will be to:

• Perform site visits and monitoring activities in accordance with protocol, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and other applicable requirements.
• Ensure overall integrity of study and adherence to guidelines, protocol, and regulations.
• Take an active role in the project team by providing feedback and suggestions for successful completion of the project.
• Coach and mentoring other CRAs to assist in their development and training.
• Work to deliver against KPI`s for assigned staff and for all site deliverables within required time and budget.
• Take an active role in the development and implementation of new training programs, as well as the enhancement of existing ones for assigned staff.
