Ensuring that all employees are trained in accordance with industry standards and regulations
Creating lesson plans for each training session and teaching sessions on topics such as conflict resolution or stress management
Planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for new employees in conjunction with human resources staff
Designing training materials such as handouts and manuals, and presenting them to learners in a clear, organized manner
Conducting evaluations of each training session to assess learner comprehension of the material covered and identify any areas for improvement
Scheduling and overseeing classroom instruction by instructors
Developing curriculums for new classes or updates to existing ones
Maintaining attendance records during training sessions to ensure that all employees attend
Supporting training staff in creating lesson plans, developing course materials, and designing training schedules
Must Travel
Must Have Reliable Transportation
