Duties, Responsibilities & Other

As a CRM Data Analyst, you will:

• Lead and execute data governance activities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Utilize data governance strategies to create a seamless experience for users
• Advocate for the importance of consistent data entry throughout the company
• Ensure data quality with reduced administrative burden on the markets
• Develop and implement efficient data collection strategies
• Understand how the data is interpreted and identify areas jeopardizing integrity
• Perform required data cleaning and manipulation prior to analyses
• Develop and maintain curriculum and training materials related to use of D365 CE
• Provide timely, solution-oriented responses to issues with data entry
• Conduct regular, targeted refresher sessions throughout the company
• Support business development and marketing initiatives
• Stay current on latest technologies and methods
• Comply with all KCI policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as required/assigned
• Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.

Preferred experience:

• 5 years of experience in a similar role 
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Geography, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required.
• Experience may be substituted for degree. Minimum three years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Experience in utilities, facilities, transportation, water, and/or state/local government markets is strongly preferred
• Knowledgeable of data analysis methods and techniques
• Experience with current data and analytics platforms and tools
• Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems 
• Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with colleagues and customers, both written and oral
