We are seeking a Field Engineer located in the Dallas, Texas or Fort Worth, Texas area or else someone who can relocate to that surrounding area. Effective interpersonal communication skills, in both English and Spanish, are preferred.

Essential Functions:

• On-site assessment of our customer's industrial manufacturing equipment/machines and needs to develop a partnership plan for deploying KCF's machine health platform. 
• Installation of SmartDiagnostics® hardware at customer sites
• On-site troubleshooting and Quality Assurance of SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware products
• Perform customer training programs on SmartDiagnostics® software and hardware
• Answer questions and solve customer problems as company grows
• Continuous innovation to provide value to customer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Reliability Engineering, or similar job experience
• Able, willing, and excited to visit and maneuver through large industrial plants with multiple naysayers and supporters
• 2 years relevant experience
• Located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area, or willing to relocate to one of those surrounding areas
• Ability to travel 70-80% of the time
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20%
• A valid passport is required; KCF will financially support hire through process if needed.
