Responsibilities
- Provide caregiving services to individuals in need, utilizing core skills such as caregiving, assisted living, ADLs, patient care, and nursing home experience.
- Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's disease, and other conditions, offering direct support and specialized care.
- Perform tasks related to senior care, hospice care, and monitoring vital signs to ensure the well-being of patients.
- Implement first aid when necessary and maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Drive individuals to appointments or outings as required, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Assist with activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal hygiene.
- Uphold residents' rights and privacy while providing compassionate and respectful care.
- Occasionally engage in heavy lifting tasks and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and demonstrate sensitivity when working with individuals with autism.
