Are you a creative thinker with a passion for marketing? We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, and analyzing data to improve our marketing efforts.

Position Summary:

Responsible for the creation and execution of a comprehensive marketing and public relations plan for KCARC. This is a Full-time, non-exempt position. Normal schedule is M-F, 8am-5pm, with flexibility to attend community events as needed to develop and maintain community relationships.

Requirements:

• Maintain reliable transportation available for use during working hours, valid driver’s license and provide proof of automobile liability coverage. Driving record must meet insurability requirements and must furnish own transportation.
• Possess the ability to use tact and empathy when dealing with people of varied backgrounds.
• Self-started with the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Experience with photography and video content creation and social media management.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Marketing and/or Public Relations, preferred.
