In the year following, world-class women’s soccer was brought to the Heartland, where KC Current completed its Inaugural Season in front of the world’s best sports fans. Now, we’re ready for the next chapter. What will you do?

Assist in the execution of the team’s in-arena retail merchandise operation
Assist in customer’s purchasing needs while creating an innovative shopping experience
Provides outstanding customer service in a welcoming manner and responds appropriately to customer’s questions/requests
Process purchases through the POS system
Assist in setting up and taking down merchandise displays
Assist in inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Alerts management of potential security issues
Set-up pre-game and breakdown post-game retail store
Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness of store/stands
Other duties as assigned

What do you need to succeed?

Retail Sales Experience Preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a priority on excellent customer service
High School Diploma Preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable being responsible and handling retail purchase transactions
Professional appearance and presentation
Bilingual Preferred

Special requirements of the Job:

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, inclusive of weekends, nights (event evenings & overnight operation shifts) and holidays.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
Ability to stand for entire length of shift
Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
Bending, reaching, and climbing on step stool
