KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in North Andover, MA that is searching for a Payroll Analyst.
Our client is very motivated to hire and is seeking a candidate that can start immediately.
The responsibilities for the Payroll Analyst will include but will not be limited to :
- Processing payroll for up to 1000 employees on a weekly and bi-weekly basis, multi-state
- Review payroll exceptions and resolve them before finalizing payroll
- Processing expense reimbursements
- Play a part in the implementation of a new payroll software
The ideal candidate for the Payroll Analyst should have experience that meets the following requirements :
- Strong Excel skillset including use of pivot tables and vlookups
- Previous experience processing payroll for 500 employees
