Are you ready to take your career to new heights? KBR is seeking a dynamic Program Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Dayton, OH, supporting groundbreaking initiatives for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC). As a key player in several large-scale aircraft programs, you'll lead critical acquisition studies that shape the future of USAF weapon systems.

What You'll Do:

• Lead OSD, HAF, and AFLCMC-level acquisition studies, driving major USAF weapon system program decisions.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations, shaping acquisition strategies for multiple program offices and senior staff.
• Develop comprehensive program documentation to support milestone decisions and acquisition strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive experience in USAF weapon system management.
• Proven track record in ACAT I/II/III Program Manager functions.
• Ability to provide strategic recommendations and tailor milestone requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility team environment.

Requirements:

• BS/BA degree and 15 years of experience in DoD/Air Force Acquisition.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience as an ACAT I/II/III PM within the last 10 years.
• Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Program Management Level II or III DAWIA certification.
• Knowledge of DoD 5000.02 and AFLCMC Policies, Processes, and Procedures.
