Mechanical/Piping Superintendent

KBR is looking for a Mechanical/Piping Superintendent who is involved directly with the performance of the pipe erection, setting of equipment, and most activities involving field piping installation and erection including hydrotesting. As such, the Pipe Supt assists with coordinating equipment usage and other logistics - all in accordance with the schedule. They work closely with the trade superintendents to make sure they have what they need.
This position is located at a client site in Marshall, Minnesota.
Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support trade superintendents to ensure they have what they need for progression.
• Daily oversight to ensure activities are being performed safely & correctly.
• Monitor potentially hazardous activities such as elevated work activities along with rigging & hoisting activities.
• If necessary, assist with development of piping installation plans.
• Review lift plans and procedures as required.
• Support daily mechanical / piping activities and be the go-to person for any issues / changes in field.
• Monitor / Evaluate staffing and competencies to ensure they are maintained throughout project.
• Review / Contractor ITPs
• Monitoring KPI / Install progress.
• Monit field quality surveillance program to ensure quality project.
