KBC Advisors is Hiring a Data specialist Near Seattle, WA

KBC Advisors is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual for a Data Specialist position within our Data Team.

The person in this role will be responsible for data entry tasks, managing timelines, light review of legal documents, and maintaining accurate records in our client’s database.

This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of data management within our organization.

This is an in-office position in Bellevue, Washington.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Perform data entry tasks by accurately recording information into our client’s database from various sources.
  • Manage timelines by communicating key dates to brokers and transaction support teams.
  • Conduct a preliminary review of legal documents and extract specific data for database input.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Data Team to maintain and update data as needed.
  • Ensure data accuracy by cross-referencing with source documentation.
  • Assist in responding to data retrieval requests from team members.
  • Adhere to data security protocols and contribute to regular data backup processes.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Experience, skills and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered
