Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Painter to join our team. As a Lead Painter, you will be responsible for leading a team of painters. This job consists of overseeing and executing various painting projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. This is a full-time position.

Duties:

Leadership: Must be able to lead and grow a team to complete projects on budget.

Product Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and utilizing painting products.

Proven Painting Ability: Application of Interior and Exterior high quality finishes.

Equipment Maintenance: Understands equipment management and cleaning.

Safety Compliance: Assemble scaffolding, ladders, and accessories in adherence to safety codes and standards.

Work Order Comprehension: Ability to comprehend work orders, project scopes, and safety instructions.

Effective Communication: Capable of communicating effectively with fellow Painters and the Project Coordinator.

Professional Presentation: Maintain a clean appearance, an organized vehicle, and exhibit customer-friendly behavior.
