**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with mental health challenges and providing support in a clinical setting.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in implementing therapeutic treatment plans under the supervision of mental health professionals
- Monitor and document patient behaviors and progress
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and activities
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention when needed
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Previous experience in a mental health setting preferred
- Knowledge of art therapy, psychopharmacology, and gender issues counseling is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
