Job Description
Looking for a part-time receptionist for a comprehensive behavioral health care clinic with more than 15 licensed professionals. Our practice is a first-class facility located in Frisco, Texas.
The ideal candidate is seeking long-term employment.
SCHEDULE:*

• Approximately 20-25 hours per week
• 1:00pm-Close (about 8:30 pm) Monday - Thursday
• Up to 8 hours available on Fridays
• Additional hours may be available for a qualified/interested employee for face to face marketing and networking

Job Duties*:

• Welcome and greet patients
• Schedule appointments
• Collect patient payments
• Answer office phones
• General filing/scanning/emailing
• Bill and file insurance
• Know how to work with most health insurance companies

• Ability to communicate with patients and answer phones in a professional and courteous manner
• Must be comfortable with computers and able to learn our software quickly
• Must have a professional appearance
• Must be familiar with billing most health insurance companies
