Kazimpiya Investments LLC is Hiring a General Manager - Boutique Fitness Near San Ramon, CA

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Body Fit Training (www.bodyfittraining.com) is the hottest new global fitness franchise. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength training techniques into progression-based programs delivered in 50-minute sessions run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. BFT is science-backed personal training in a group environment.

Our cutting-edge technology combined with our progressive programming that incorporates heartrate specific training make us both different and better. With over 300 locations opened globally since 2018, and an expanding US footprint, we’re a brand on the move.

POSITION
The San Ramon studio will be the first of four franchise locations we intend to open along the 680 corridor in the East Bay. The General Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the studio as well as meeting or exceeding studio revenue goals and new membership sales targets through community outreach, in-studio and online lead generation, and member referrals.
Under the management of the Franchise Owners and with the support of the Corporate BFT Team, the General Manager must:

  • Exemplify leadership qualities in all areas of the business.
  • Have the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
  • Be able to build a strong studio community and retain members.

This position is rooted in sales, marketing, and operations while upholding our mission to fuel an energetic community experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years of fitness membership sales or similar recurring membership services.
  • Confident in personally generating sales and training team members on sales processes.
  • Ability to manage and grow 3 revenue streams: recurring monthly membership sales, class package sales and retail sales.
  • Must be fluent in English, have excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills on the telephone, in person, and in writing.
  • Ability to excel and adapt in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Possess a continuous improvement mindset.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Organized, proficient in data management, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, vendors, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers, CRMs, POS, and other studio management software.

DUTIES

  • Align with Franchise Owner on daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to deliver lead targets for the studio.
  • Lead generation including grassroots marketing, external prospecting, and community networking.
  • Implement sales process to drive lead flow, scheduling prospects in intro sessions.
  • Membership sales including overcoming objections and prospect follow up.
  • Audit sales process to ensure proper execution.
  • Identify areas of opportunity in the sales process and develop training curriculum to ensure improvement of team member skillsets.
  • Supervise, train, and develop Sales Associate team.
  • Hire, manage, and train team members utilizing corporate and studio-specific training.
  • Manage staff schedule and hold team accountable for daily KPI execution.
  • Enforce BFT’s policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Display proficiency in CRM(ClubReady), including revenue and attendance reports.
  • Collect outstanding membership dues, resolve membership issues and billing errors.
  • Independently make decisions related to customer service situations.
  • Manage and coordinate vendors.
  • Ensure studio retail products are stocked and maintain accurate inventory.
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio supplies are stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • This position offers a competitive base salary; based on experience and performance.
