Day-to-Day

  • Source Candidates: Search for potential candidates through various channels such as online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and databases.
  • Maintain a Pipeline: Attract passive candidates through cold calls and email campaigns to prospective and existing.
  • Build Your Network: Create long-lasting and trusting relationships with candidates for future positions.
  • Achieve Goals: Have a sales and numbers-oriented mindset to successfully hit and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.

A recruiter in this role will act as a strategic partner to both clients and candidates, taking a consultative approach to understanding their needs. The ideal candidate will bring high energy and a competitive drive for continuous success. In addition, the right candidate is a proven performer with a history of excellent professional judgment and knows how to prioritize and sell ideas.

What You Have:

  • The drive and want to learn more and strive for better
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1 to 2 years of demonstrated inside or outside sales experience
  • Phone Skills/ willingness to communicate using the phone
  • High-energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to work full-time in our office in ATL,
