Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team in the powersports industry, Motorcycles, watercraft side by sides, etc.As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, effectively communicating the benefits of our products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in an outside sales capacity
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and commissions

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
