We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Bar Manager at our thriving establishment. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive and inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management

- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold the highest standards of quality

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and increase sales

- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety regulations

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, fostering a welcoming and inclusive community

Requirements:

- Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a diverse team

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
