Position: Survey Project Manager

Location: Apex, NC

Pay: $75k/yr to $100k/yr (Depending on experience)

Experience: 7 years of experience in construction surveying. 3 years of project management experience.

Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in land surveying, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Greene Resources is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Manage and oversee multiple construction surveying projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all surveying work complies with relevant regulations, standards, and specifications.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate and communicate with other project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review and approve project documentation, including survey reports, drawings, and plans.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members, including surveyors and field crews

Position Requirements:

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficient in the use of land surveying software, including AutoCAD Civil3D and Trimble Business Center.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multi-tasking skills.
• Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
