**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at Kauai's #1 Boutique Hotel. The ideal candidate will assist the Hotel General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing staff effectively.

**Duties:**

- Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operations and decision-making

- Supervise staff members across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance

- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures

- Conduct night audits and ensure accuracy in billing and accounting procedures

- Provide leadership and support to team members to maintain high service standards

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team

- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures

- Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

- Knowledge of resort operations and industry trends

- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
