Your Mission:

• Curriculum Visionary: Oversee the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our curriculum, ensuring it aligns with our school’s mission, values, and academic standards.
• Educational Innovator: Implement cutting-edge teaching strategies and technologies, integrating best practices that enhance learning across Jewish and general studies.
• Teacher Empowerer: Provide ongoing support and professional development to our faculty, fostering an environment of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

We’re Seeking Someone Who:

• Has a deep passion for education, with a master’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field.
• Boasts a proven track record in curriculum development and teacher support, preferably in a Jewish day school or similar educational setting.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, capable of inspiring teachers and aligning diverse educational initiatives.
• Is innovative and forward-thinking, with a strong understanding of current educational trends, technologies, and pedagogical strategies.
• Values collaboration and is adept at building relationships across all levels of a school community.
