MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a relevant field.
- Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- General computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and financial information appropriately.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors own work to ensure quality.
- General knowledge of office procedures and use of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within accounting and administrative fields.
- General knowledge of expense documentation
- Excellent organizational abilities with the ability to pay close attention to details with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
WORK SCHEDULE
Part-Time up to 20 hours per week. May be required to work additional hours as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequent sitting, using hands/fingers, handling, reaching with hands and arms, talking, hearing and seeing up close, at a distance, along the periphery, with depth perception and the ability to adjust focus; occasional walking or standing, occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in a professional office setting including the normal office equipment (computer, fax machines, copier) and with a wide variety of people in differing functions, personalities and abilities. Remote work available when training requirements are met.
