Katie O'Donalds is Hiring a Kitchen Staff Near Bluffton, SC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation and ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination during busy periods
- Support other areas of the restaurant as needed, such as bussing tables or restocking supplies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred but not required
- Strong passion for food preparation and hospitality industry
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
