Operations Oxfordshire - UK **Stock Movement Team Leader**

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As our Stock movement Team Leader, you will work within the Stock department to help support the movement of stock around the business. Your role is essential for meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and you will primarily work on stock-based activities to help support the production operation. You will work with your Supervisor and the Junior Stock Manager to ensure that stock across the business is accurate.

You will lead the way in embedding our company values and ethics in our everyday work, ensuring the health and safety is being kept and our processes and standards are being met.

This role will predominantly be within the hours of 9-5, Monday Friday, however the successful applicant will need to remain flexible and agile to take part in our rotational 6-2/2-10 shift patterns during peak times.

Our operation is based in Cherwell Business Village, Banbury, OX16 2SP.

**HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE**

* Running production transfers for both brands are put on daily to ensure Warehouse 2 have enough time to pick the stock.

* Working closely with the warehouse team to support the movement of stock around the business.

* Ensuring all stock from Warehouse 2 is scanned away and the transit location is cleared daily.

* Investigating any discrepancies that may arise and feedback to the Junior Stock Manager with a solution to prevent it reoccurring.

* Ensuring that any stock that has been through QC that is OOS is moved to the wall as soon as its been checked, communicating with the KLQC team leader

* Ensuring all stock is scanned to the wall to prevent the stock going into negative quantities, working closely with the Stock Accuracy Team should any discrepancies arise.

* Ensuring any codes that are OOS are marked off to prevent the pickers going to a location unnecessarily.

* Performing any reasonable requests asked of you by your manager or a member of the management team.

* Developing team of replenishers and runners to ensure pick face runs smoothy

* Owning the standards of tidiness and cleanliness of the entire goods in area and pick face

* Ability to perform manual handling tasks including lifting boxes (weights within HSE guidelines), pushing/pulling pallet trucks and standing for long periods of time.

* Ensure you follow all Health & Safety procedures within the workplace and raise any concerns / risks observed immediately to your team leader or line manager.
