Kathy G. & Company Inc. is Hiring an Assistant Event Coordinator Near Birmingham, AL

Kathy G. & Catering Company searching for an organized office assistant to:

*Must be organized & dependable Assistant Event Planner to all needs of the Office and Sales Department.

*To Help with Data Entry, Phone Calls, Updating Client's files, Ordering Specific items needed for event.

*Must be able to handle multitasking at work with assisting with Sales Department & Marketing Departments

*Excellent Customer Service skills both written & oral

*Attention to detail & ability to work well in teams

*Must have computer skills: with Windows based applications, plus able to work with all Social Media Posting sites

*Motivated & Positive Attitude to work well with all departments of the Company

*Must have two years of working experience in an office environment/ working experience in the hospitality industry would be a bonus

*** TO START-This is an hourly position within the company as an entry level assistant to the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham, AL 35211: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
