Position Summary:
Kassouf Wealth Advisors is looking to add strategic and forward-thinking individuals to our fee-only planning team that will help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives. Our team is expanding, and as a result, we are seeking candidates with a varied level of financial planning experience. This includes entry level candidates up to more experienced candidates with several years of wealth management experience.
The ideal candidate should be an effective communicator with experience in financial planning and client relationships. The successful individual for this role will have a strategic mindset geared towards the current and future health of our clients. If you’re analytical, meticulous, and client-oriented, we’d like to meet you. Successful candidates are not expected to bring an existing book of business.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client financial status.
  • Following up with clients on action items.
  • Preparing for and participating in client meetings.
  • Provide planning support in the areas of cash flow, retirement, investments, tax, estate, charitable and risk management.
  • Examine and suggest financial opportunities.
  • Developing all financial planning projections, analysis, and client deliverables.
  • Customize, prepare, and deliver holistic financial plans according to clients’ changing needs.
  • Help clients execute their plans and carry out transactions.
  • Build strong relationships to retain existing clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Must be a self-starter and committed to delivering exceptional services to clients.
  • Communicate with clients’ other advisors.
  • Resolve client issues and questions.
  • Working with other team members to complete projects as needed.
  • Researching financial planning and investment topics.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - major in financial planning, finance, business or accounting preferred.
  • CFP designation.
  • 3-15 years of proven experience as Financial Planner.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and comply with regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and Financial Planning software.
  • This is a professional level position that requires organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, strong work ethic, and high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Strong accountability and initiative to complete time sensitive tasks.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
  • Desire to learn, advance your professional development, and contribute to the firm’s success.
