KASO Plastics has an immediate opening for the position of Production Supervisor on Graveyard shift (Sunday - Thursday). This is a full-time onsite role. The Production Supervisor will direct and supervise all Operators, Technicians, and Material Handlers in their daily activities, during the shift assigned. They will organize and allocate manpower using the tools and protocols as directed by the Production Manager. Success in this role requires the ability to multitask, make decisions, and to lead by example in safety and leadership.

Qualifications:

• General understanding of KASO’s manufacturing process. Injection Molding Experience Preferred.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• 1-year prior supervisory experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Provide a safe and positive work environment for all production staff

2. Maintaining the proper amount of labor in order to produce parts to the schedule provided

3. Ensuring quality through conformance monitoring

4. Provide training and leadership to all subordinates

5. Ability to work well with others in all departments on a daily basis.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Scheduling overtime

2. Conflict resolution

3. Time management and decision making

4. Willing to work overtime as needed
