Kaski Inc is a leading provider of manufacturing services for the construction industry. We provide wheeled and self-propelled construction equipment, complete equipment and tooling sets, and wheeled tool sets.

We are searching for an experienced concrete finisher that looks forward to coming to work, is HUNGRY to learn more, and most important of all, has a positive attitude and can have FUN working with their crew. If you're the type that seeks solutions instead of complaints, wants to get the job done right, and wants to be paid based on worth instead of years worked, we want to hire you!

The person hired for this position will be working with the concrete crew, which includes concrete pours, building and laying forms, concrete finishing, etc.

Before you read further, please note- If you cannot pass a drug screen, we cannot hire you. If you have lots of points on your driving record, we won't be able to hire you.

Starting pay is open for discussion and is based on level of experience. If hired, we offer a starting wage and then re-evaluate after the first 60 days of you working here. If you deserve a raise, you'll get one!

Regarding benefits, we offer employer paid health, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance, holiday pay and vacation, and employer contributions to your retirement fund.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. or more.
  • Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and physical.
  • Must live in the Duluth, MN area.
  • Construction experience not required, but preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance while working on equipment and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • This position requires lifting, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs., standing for long periods of time, and using equipment such as saws, shears, drills, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and machine parts using various concrete finishing machines such as: saws, drills, etc. including the use of power tools such as saws, drills, etc. and various hand tools such as nails, sanders, rasps, etc.
