Kasdorf Property Management is Hiring a Property Manager Near Mequon, WI

Kasdorf Property Management is seeking a well qualified and experienced Property Manager to add to our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review applications and approve or deny according to rental requirements.
  • Initiate leases with new tenants and renewals with current tenants.
  • Work with contractors and owners in repairs and renovations of units.
  • Maintain building systems, fire safety, and inspections by contracting for maintenance serves and supervising repairs.
  • Overseeing the marketing of vacant units.
  • Supervise the move-in and move-out process.
  • Handling tenant communication / answering tenant questions.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal & business communication skills.
  • Ability to be self-motivated.
  • High level of organization.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • 3 or more years experience in the property management industry.

Work Hours and Benefits:

This position is a full time salary. Occasional evening/weekend availability to address emergency situations. It may require travel to various properties. Two weeks paid time off.

Education and Experience:

  • Competence with office management software.
  • Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Property Management.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
