Overview:
The Administrative Assistant(with a focus on marketing and social media work) is responsible for overseeing the marketing initiatives, with a specific focus on leveraging social media platforms. The role involves creating and managing content across various social media channels(Instagram, Facebook Business, TikTok, and YouTube), ensuring active engagement with the audience, producing exposure and engagement through all social platforms, and supporting the overall marketing strategy. This is a Part-time (with potential full-time opportunity).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Understanding of social media etiquette/rules
- Video editing for reels/tiktoks (CapCut or PremierPro)
- Measure/adapt to analytics and make changes and improve as needed
- Share local events and other happenings, interact with other local community social platforms, etc.
- Develop ad campaigns across channels(when needed)
- Monitor hashtags and trends and increase social media following(performance bonus potential)
- Expertise in creating and editing Reels and coming up with new, trendy ideas(my logo would be needed on all video and graphics)
Content Scheduling and Posting:
- Assist with event planning and coordination
Qualifications:
-Understanding and operating softwares such as Canva Pro, CapCut, or softwares related and comfortable with to create:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
