Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Body Shop Manager to oversee the operations of our automotive body shop. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the store staff, ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean, with Spanish proficiency being a plus. Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the mechanical body shop, including workflow management, and quality control.

-Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

-Develop and implement procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity within the shop.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to support shop operations.
- Handle cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a mechanical repair/body shop management role, preferably as a store manager.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Korean, with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems and automotive repair processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Start Date: Beginning of May
